We had a toddler at home at the time, so this era is kind of a blind spot for me musically. LCD Soundsystem's "Get Innocuous" was another great one as was Spoon's "The Underdog."
Yeah, I think everyone's tastes were splintering much more by this point with so many listening sites available such as internet radio, Sirius/XM, illegal downloads (!), etc.
Amy Winehouse was one of a kind. Gone too soon, sadly!
