My wife and I go to a local arthouse cinema every year to watch the Manhattan Shorts Film Festival. Occasionally, the films get Oscar nods, and this year, two did (I Am Not A Robot and The Man Who Could Not Remain Silent).
I love short films because the depth of the storytelling has to be spot on. I also always love the Manhattan Short Films Fest, as it is a curated batch of about ten films from around the world, stories and filmmaking told through a different lens and perspective, and you also get to vote on your favorite. It's a great night out.

That sounds like a lot of fun Michael!
An excellent group of films. Much variety but each gripping in its own way. I would be hard pressed to have to choose one.
Thank you. I’m going to have to send this to my son in college that is majoring in Film and Tv.
Definitely! More to come!
